Yes. We proudly support and collaborate with several local rescue groups providing compassionate care for pets in transition.
Do you treat both dogs and cats?
Yes, we currently provide care exclusively for dogs and cats.
What should I do if my pet has an emergency?
Call us immediately. We will not turn anyone away without speaking to a veterinarian first.
If your pet requires care beyond what we can safely provide during business hours, we may:
- Stabilize your pet before referring you
- Direct you immediately to a local emergency hospital
We will always guide you toward the safest option.
What are your payment policies?
Payment is required at the time services are provided.

Do my pets need vaccines to be seen?
Yes. For the safety of all animals in our care, pets must have current vaccinations.
Rabies vaccination is required by Connecticut state law.
