In order to ensure our facility operates smoothly, we have a few policies that we encourage you to review. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (860) 633-3588 or [email protected].
Safety Policies
- Dogs must be on a leash when entering the building.
- Cats must be in a secure carrier.
Appointment Information
We schedule all visits by appointment to meet your needs effectively. However, emergencies can arise and will take priority. While we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, we do our best to assist our current patients in emergency situations if our schedule allows. We appreciate your patience and understanding should an emergency delay your appointment.
New Clients
We are currently accepting new clients and look forward to serving you and your pets.
Drop-Off Appointments
We offer drop-off appointments for your convenience. Here’s how it works:
- You drop off your pet in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon after their examination.
- Drop-off appointments must be scheduled in advance and approved by our staff and doctors.
- Please allow time at drop-off to answer a few questions from our veterinary technicians to help us provide the best care for your pet.
Vaccination Requirements
For the health and safety of all animals in our care, all pets must have up-to-date vaccinations.
- Rabies vaccinations are mandatory under Connecticut state law and must be current.
Thank you for taking the time to review our policies. We look forward to providing compassionate and high-quality care for your beloved pets!
Payment Policies
At Glastonbury Veterinary Hospital, we kindly require payment at the time services are provided. For your convenience, we accept multiple payment methods, including cash, checks, and major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
