Refills
You may now request a refill of your pet’s refill by submitting the form below. Please be sure to fill in all required information. The refill must be approved by one of our staff veterinarians, so please allow one full business day to process your request.
Important Note: Due to liability issues, we do not work with outside vendors such as Chewy, 1800PetMeds, etc. You may purchase your medications or refill diet foods through our office. If you prefer to work with an outside vendor, you will need a written refill signed by one of our staff veterinarians, which you may then take to any vendor of your choice.
We will no longer be calling in refill for our local clients. You may pick up a written refill in our office.
