At Glastonbury Veterinary Hospital, we have a few hospital policies that help our facility to operate smoothly. We encourage you to review our policies and contact us if you have any questions.

Appointment Policy

We operate by appointment at Glastonbury Veterinary Hospital, but we may occasionally have openings to accept walk-in visits. It is usually in your best interest to call ahead so that you can make sure that we can accommodate all of your needs. We understand that emergencies do arise without notice and we are willing to accommodate emergency cases. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us notice of your cancellation. This is a courtesy that allows us to accommodate other clients who are in need of an appointment time. Please don’t be a no-show without calling!

When you come in for your appointment, pets must be secured. Dogs should be leashed and cats should be contained in a carrier when entering our hospital.

Drop-Off Policies

We do offer drop-off appointments, which means that you should leave your pet with us in the morning, and pick them up in the afternoon after they have been examined. Please schedule these drop-off appointments in advance. Please allow enough time when dropping off your pet to answer a few questions from our veterinary technicians.  This will help ensure the most complete care of your pet.

We require payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept payment in the following forms:
