Safety Policies
To help keep our lobby and exam areas safe and comfortable for everyone:
- Dogs must be on a leash when entering the building.
- Cats must be in a secure carrier.
Appointment Information
We schedule all visits by appointment to ensure each pet receives the time and attention they deserve.
While emergencies are unpredictable, they do take priority. Although we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, we do our best to assist our current patients if our schedule allows. We appreciate your patience and understanding if an emergency briefly delays your appointment.
Drop-Off Appointments
For your convenience, we offer drop-off exams.
Here’s how they work:
- Drop your pet off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon.
- These appointments must be scheduled and approved in advance.
Please allow a few minutes at drop-off to speak with our veterinary technicians so we can understand your pet’s needs and your concerns.
Vaccination Requirements
To protect the health of all animals in our care:
Rabies vaccination is required for all pets, per Connecticut state law.
All other vaccinations should be current unless contraindicated for medical reasons.Payment Policies
